Real Cornish living set in the heart of one of the most beautiful coastlines in the country. The loft offers luxurious comfort for romantic breaks, sunny family holidays or a friend get together.

Inside

• Style: comfortable coastal living, impeccably furnished with country charm.
• Layout: Spacious open plan living. The kitchen and lounge are towards the front of the loft making the most of breathtaking coastal vistas whilst the two bedrooms are to the rear of the property. The generous teak and slabbed decking areas spill out from the main living are and master bedroom.
• Bedrooms: Two beautifully appointed bedrooms both with en suite facilities. One double bedded room with coastal views and one twin/double. • Bathrooms: the double ensuite has a lovely deep roll top bath ensuite which the twin/double room has a large walk in rain shower ensuite
• For recreation: Relax on the solid Teak decking area, a real suntrap! Absorb the seaview and take in the Cornish air. The squishy sofas welcome those bookworms in the cooler months.
• For recreation: A mere few yards from your home you will find the coastal path, stroll gently down to the beach or perhaps fly a kite in the farmland surrounding you. The Sail Loft offers a real sense of space.
• Practicalities: There is a dishwasher, washer/dryer and patio furniture at the property.

Outside

360 degree rural and coastal views encourage the outside in. There's a large teak decking area with chunky patio furniture to the side of the loft whilst a very large slabbed sundeck leads you round to the front. The lush farmland stretches to the sea and down to the beach, a great space to kick a ball with the younger members of the group. Oversized terracotta planted pots brim over with herbs and summer blooms. Please note the additional accommodation is also located within the grounds along with the main Farmhouse, which is occupied by the owners, and guests may be in residence during your stay.

Food and Wine

• DIY: The light and airy kitchen is well equipped with all mod cons including a large American-style fridge/freezer. Preparing at the workbench is a joy with sea views like these! Dine al fresco and watch some of the UK's most impressive sunsets from your private vantage point.
• In House Cuisine: If it really is rest and relaxation you are after then arrive to a home cooked meal waiting for you with breakfast in the fridge (at an additional cost). Delicious home cooked meals can be arranged for the entire length of your stay, or simply that one special celebratory evening, please enquire.
• Eating out: A short drive away and you will find the pretty village of Port Issac offering everything from slap up suppers to fine gourmet dining, The Harbour Restaurant is newly opened and well worth a visit. Further south still finds the collection of Rick Stein's eateries or simply grab a bag of fish and chips and dine al fresco on the quay.
• Wine: Thoroughly recommended is the locally produced Camel Valley wine produced rather unexpectedly towards the mouth of the Camel River. Crisp dry whites and pungent Rose's help to sooth the stresses of everyday life away.

• On the map: Situated between Port Isaac and Tintagel, a couple of miles inland from Trebarwith Stand on the North Cornish coast.
• By car: About 5.5 hours from London
• By train: The nearest train station is Bodmin, about half an hour away.
